playph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to permitting continued gameplay. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably requested by playph as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.
playph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or player protection concerns. In the event of termination for cause, playph may withhold account balances pending investigation.
playph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
playph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. playph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts may request withdrawals at any time. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. playph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be restricted or withdrawn from players whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.

playph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
playph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
