No. Each player is permitted to hold only one playph account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the login page rather than creating a new account.

Go to the playph login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Deposits & Withdrawals

playph supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). playph does not accept credit card deposits or any form of cryptocurrency. This is in line with current Philippine payment regulations.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly — your playph balance is updated in real time as soon as the transaction is confirmed. Bank transfers typically take between a few minutes and up to two hours depending on your bank's processing times. If your deposit has not appeared after two hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

To withdraw, log in to your playph account, go to the Cashier section, and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum deposit amount on playph is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
